Let’s Encrypt 证书过期
Let’s Encrypt的Root证书DST Root CA X3在2021年9月30日过期，过期后自动迁移至ISRG Root X1。Windows中Internet Properties没有内置这个新证书（Chrome共用），Firefox则会自动更新内置证书。可通过Firefox获取ISRGRootX1.crt导入至Internet Properties。
